Experience the nourishment, stillness and revitalisation of a yoga retreat right on your doorstep here at Soul Fire Studios.
Join Hands & Heart Therapy, Wild Leaf Vegan and Soul Fire Yoga teachers for a one day retreat where you can let go of daily stress, dive deep into your yoga practice, taste delicious vegan food and have bodywork treatments tailored to your needs.
A day of meditation, rest, movement, mindfulness, nourishment, connection and personal growth. All classes are optional. You are welcome to use this time for chilling, chatting, drinking tea, personal reflection, journaling, and your chosen BODY TREATMENT which are interspersed throughout the day.

7.00 Arrive, make yourself comfortable and come join us for –
7.15 PRANAYAMA and MEDITATION (Soul Studio)
8.00 Introduction to the day with tea and light breakfast in the Soul Studio
9.00 HOT HATHA class (Fire Studio)
10.30 DHARMA YOGA WHEEL class (Fire Studio)
12.00 DHARMA YOGA class (Fire Studio)
12.00 BUFFET LUNCH is served (Wild Leaf Café) available until 15.00
15.00 YIN YOGA (Soul Studio)
16.00 YOGA NIDRA (Soul Studio)
16.45 Closing and REFLECTIONS on the day
